Description
Not a rectangle. The channels step down from a tall centre panel to shorter panels at each side, so the outline reads as a fan or a sunburst — a properly art-deco shape in bold magenta velvet.
A shaped headboard changes a room more than a coloured one does, because the silhouette is what you notice from the doorway. This works best on a plain wall with nothing hung above it — the stepped outline needs empty space around it to be read properly. The magenta is fully saturated, so treat it as the single strong colour in the room.
